This packet is a bounded Ark Axiom review-compression artifact for the local WarpCore source snapshot.

It may support these claims:

- Ark Axiom generated a bounded RTL review-compression packet for a public Amaranth HDL GPU core.
- The packet identifies ranked senior-review targets.
- The packet records evidence sources, file hashes, blocked claims, and human-review questions.
- The C++ simulator test suite was executed locally and passed: 14 passed, 0 failed.
- The shipped Amaranth HDL testbench was executed locally and passed the simple ALU, vector-add, and scalar-multiply programs.
- Verilog generation was executed locally in a packet-local virtualenv.
- Regenerated Verilog differs from the downloaded generated Verilog artifact, so generated-RTL provenance still requires review.
